Located in the middle of the Western Empire, in the Middle Kingdom, in the Province of House Curreau.
Far from any large city, at the very edge of the province, bordering the Scarlet Mountain Kingdom, it can only be accessed by one path, arriving from the North, barely good enough to allow carts to get through.
Any attempt to get there from the south would require Hiking and Cliff climbing through miles and miles of the dangerous and cold Scarlet Mountains.
With Five permanent teleportation circles edged in the stone of their teleportation room, they can travel across the empire without the need to use that road and every wizards, students, and scribes who lives at Fort Balzamir can almost feel as though they lived in five big cities at the same time. Most students and teachers live in either one of the five big cities, very few people actually 'live' at the fort.
- Caer Itom (#1)
- Pallisade (#6)
- Shinkasa (#11)
- Ophidia (#12)
- Caer Glaverius (#13)
Three special toddlers, of the Danvi race, were found by Lyandra, one of the three Advisors of the fort a few years ago.
They were brought to the Fort, raised and trained by the teachers.
They were each assigned to a different 'Family' in three different cities of the 5 portals.
- Urzol (Steve) : was raised in Caer Itom
- Zoryn (Christian): was raised in Pallisade
- Delgar (Françis): was raised in Shinkasa
Because of those factors, they grew to become three very unique individuals, even though they spent more than 75% of their time at the fort, and usually together like brothers, since they were the only Danvi on site.
They each chose different paths of Magic, but they all aim to become great with their path.
Growing together, like brothers, although it is unknown if they truly are from the same parents, they also completed their training around the same time.
To become 'Acknowledged' members of the Guild, they were asked to go on a mission.
And so their adventure began...
